I’m not a chef but I love to cook. I’m gluten intolerant and Daddy in Provence is lactose intolerant so all of the recipes here will my versions of French dishes without the allergens!
Most recipes are suitable for those on a Paleo diet.
As I work from home and take care of BiP meals have to be quick and nutritious. The recipes will be quick and easy to make.
What is Paleo?
The Paleolithic diet (Paleo for short) is a way of eating that aims to echo that of our ancestors. Processed foods are a no-no. Refined foods are off limits. Meat, fish, plants, vegetables, fruits and nuts make up the diet. Sounds boring? It doesn’t have to be.
Paleo French Cooking?
The recipes here will be my take on French meals that I have adapted and created to ensure they are both free from gluten and dairy and also Paleo. When I have omitted or substituted an ingredient I will say so.
Most my recipes will be Baby-Led Weaning friendly so you can enjoy them with your whole family!
